Terms of Service

Last updated October 13, 2026

These terms are written to be read. The most important parts: Fulfill types applications for you, but you review, sign and submit every one, and you are responsible for following your carrier and agency agreements. Your 30-day trial is free if you cancel before it ends.

1. Who we are

Fulfill is software made by Fulfill LLC ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Fulfill LLC. They cover the Fulfill desktop application for Windows and Mac, the website at tryfulfill.com, and your subscription (together, the "Service").

By starting a trial, buying a subscription, or installing or using Fulfill, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Fulfill for an agency or other business, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Fulfill does

Fulfill takes client information you enter once and types it into insurance carriers' online application pages, page by page, inside your own signed-in browser session. It is a data-entry tool. It is not an insurance company, agency, carrier, broker or advisor, and it does not give insurance, legal, tax or underwriting advice.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. Fulfill is meant for licensed insurance agents and their staff working on applications they are authorized to complete.

4. Your responsibilities

You stay fully responsible for every application you work on with Fulfill. In particular, you agree to:

Fulfill does not hide that it is software. Carriers may be able to tell when their websites are used with an automated tool. Carriers can change, block or limit access to their websites at any time. We do not control carrier websites and are not responsible for their decisions, outages or changes, for any action a carrier, agency or marketing organization takes about your access, appointment or contract, or for how they treat applications completed with Fulfill.

5. Trial, billing and cancellation

New subscriptions start with a 30-day free trial. A payment card is required to start it. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription starts when the trial ends and your card is charged for the plan you chose: monthly or annual, at the price shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your customer portal, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Except during the free trial, or where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we do not give partial refunds for unused time. If something has gone wrong, email us anyway; we may issue a refund at our discretion.

Checkout and billing are handled by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the merchant of record and processes your payment. Polar's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your purchase. We never see or store your full card number.

We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change affects you, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Annual plans keep their price for the year already paid.

6. Your license

While your subscription or trial is active and you follow these Terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Fulfill on one computer per subscription, for your own insurance work. You can move your license to a different computer by releasing the old one.

You may not:

Fulfill and everything in it, including its software, carrier mappings, design and the Fulfill name, belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights.

7. Your data

Client records you enter into Fulfill are stored on your own computer, in an encrypted database. We do not host them, and we cannot see them. You own your data and are responsible for backing it up. When you run Fulfill, client details are typed only into the carrier sites you choose to fill.

To confirm your subscription, Fulfill sends your license key and your computer's name to our licensing service. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

8. Updates and changes to the Service

Carriers change their websites, so we update Fulfill regularly. We try to keep every supported carrier working, but we cannot promise that a particular carrier, product or page will always be supported or will work without interruption. When Fulfill meets a page it does not recognize, it stops and tells you rather than guessing.

We may add, change or remove features. If we remove support for something central to what you are paying for, you can cancel and we will refund the unused part of any annual subscription.

9. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Fulfill and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if your payment fails and is not fixed, or if we need to in order to comply with the law. When your subscription ends, Fulfill stops filling applications. Your client records stay on your computer, and you can still open and edit them.

Sections 4, 6 (ownership and restrictions), 11, 12, 13 and 15 continue to apply after your access ends.

11. Disclaimer

Fulfill is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Fulfill will be error-free or uninterrupted, that it will work with any particular carrier site, or that any application will be accepted, approved or issued. You are responsible for checking every application before you sign or submit it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Fulfill LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, commissions, revenue, business, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some places do not allow some of these limits. In those places, they apply only as far as the law allows.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Fulfill LLC from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your use of Fulfill, the applications you complete or submit, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of any law or of any carrier, agency or client agreement.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will email you or show a notice in Fulfill at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, cancel before then.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, each side agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally by email for at least 30 days.

16. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.
