Privacy Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
Fulfill is installed software. Your clients' information stays on your computer. This policy covers the little we do collect: your subscription details, your license check, your emails to us and visits to our website.
The short version
- Your clients' information stays on your computer. Fulfill has no cloud storage, and we cannot see your client records.
- We never ask for, store or send your carrier logins.
- We collect what we need to sell you a subscription, check your license, answer your emails and understand how people use our website.
- We do not sell personal information.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Fulfill LLC ("we", "us") handles personal information in connection with the Fulfill desktop application, the website tryfulfill.com and your subscription. Questions go to [email protected].
2. Client information inside Fulfill
The client records you enter into Fulfill, such as names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, bank details and health answers, are stored only on your computer, in an encrypted database. They are not sent to us, and we have no way to read them. When you run Fulfill, it types those details only into the carrier websites you choose to fill.
Because we never receive this information, you are the one responsible for it: collecting it lawfully, keeping your computer and encryption key secure, and following the privacy rules that apply to you and your carriers.
Fulfill does not ask for, store or transmit your carrier usernames or passwords. You type them into the carrier's own page.
3. Information we collect
When you subscribe. Checkout is run by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the merchant of record. Polar collects your name, email address, billing address and payment details. We receive your name, email address, plan, subscription status and billing history. We never see your full card number.
When Fulfill checks your license. To confirm your subscription, Fulfill sends your license key and your computer's name. We use this to activate your license, enforce the one-computer limit and let you move it to another computer.
When Fulfill checks for updates. Once a day Fulfill asks tryfulfill.com whether a newer version exists. That request carries only the Fulfill version number; our hosting provider sees your IP address as with any web request. Nothing is downloaded or installed without you choosing to.
When you email us. We keep your messages and the email address you wrote from so we can help you.
When you visit tryfulfill.com. We use two analytics tools:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits, pages viewed, referring sites, and general device and country information. It does not use cookies or track you across other sites.
- Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use our pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and produces session replays and heatmaps so we can improve the site. Clarity uses cookies and similar technology, and Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Clarity masks text typed into form fields by default.
The site also remembers in your browser whether you have entered the preview passcode, so it does not ask again.
4. How we use information
- to provide Fulfill, process your trial and subscription, and verify your license;
- to answer support requests and send messages about your account, billing, price changes and important updates;
- to understand how our website is used and improve it;
- to prevent fraud and misuse, and to comply with the law.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run Fulfill, and only for that purpose:
- Polar, for checkout, payments, invoices, license keys and the customer portal;
- Cloudflare, for website hosting, analytics and email forwarding;
- Microsoft, for Clarity website analytics;
- Google, for email, which is where support messages are delivered.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.
6. How long we keep it
We keep account and billing records for as long as you have a subscription and afterwards as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Support emails are kept for as long as they are useful for helping you. Clarity and Cloudflare keep analytics data for their own limited retention periods.
7. Your choices and rights
- You can update your billing details or cancel any time from your customer portal.
- You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- Client records on your computer are under your control. Deleting them in Fulfill, or uninstalling Fulfill and its data, removes them. We cannot delete or recover them for you.
8. Security
Client records are encrypted on your computer, and your license key is checked over an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your computer up to date, protect it with a password, and keep your Fulfill encryption key safe.
9. Children
Fulfill is a business tool for licensed insurance agents. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes
If we change this policy in a significant way, we will update the date at the top and tell subscribers by email or in Fulfill before the change takes effect.
