Welcome to Fulfill

Your license key and the Fulfill installer are both in your Polar customer portal, under your subscription.

Get started

  1. Download the installer Open your customer portal (sign in with the email you bought with), open your Fulfill subscription, and under Benefits download the one for your computer: Fulfill-Setup-2.9-beta.exe for Windows or Fulfill-2.9-beta.dmg for Mac.
  2. Install it Windows: open the file you downloaded. Windows may show Windows protected your PC because Fulfill is new; click More info, then Run anyway, and follow the installer. It puts a Fulfill shortcut on your desktop and in the Start menu.
    Mac: open the file you downloaded, then drag the Fulfill icon onto the Applications folder in the window that appears. Eject the disk image and open Fulfill from Applications or Launchpad. The first time, macOS asks whether you are sure; click Open. Updating from an older version: drag the new one onto Applications and choose Replace; Fulfill closes the old copy by itself when you open the new one.
  3. Open Fulfill Fulfill has no window of its own: it opens the dashboard in your web browser. On Windows a Fulfill icon sits by the clock (right-click it to quit); on a Mac, quit from Settings → Help. If no Fulfill page has been open for a few minutes, it quits by itself.
  4. Activate your license Setup walks you through your details and carriers. At the License step, paste the key shown in your portal (it is in the Polar email too) and press Activate.
  5. Sign in to your carriers On the dashboard, press Open tabs and sign in to each carrier once. Fulfill remembers the sign-ins on this computer.

Fulfill uses Google Chrome (or Microsoft Edge on Windows), so have it installed. Your client records stay on your computer and are never uploaded to us.

Billing and your license

The customer portal is also where you manage your subscription, update your card, see invoices, move your license to a new computer, and get new versions of Fulfill when they come out. You can open it from Settings in Fulfill.
